Natural Growth Hormone Increase: Fact or Fiction?


Nutritional supplement abounds these days. In every supermarket or drug store there is at least one large aisle entirely devoted to nothing but vitamins. A nice walk every day can help regulate circulation to this gland. By keeping this gland healthy, one can hopefully eliminate the need for pricey hormone products.

One way to naturally maintain hormone levels is by getting a healthy night's sleep.
